Nigel Oddy & Julian Maurice from Basement-Conversions.com

Trained as a joiner, Nigel has over 25 years experience in the building trade under his belt. Over the years Nigel has worked on contracts for Leeds City Council and numerous housing associations dealing with damp and maintenance issues. Nigel has also run a successful building company building extensions and conversions within the domestic sector. Julian has worked within the property industry for over 15 years. For the past 10 years Julian has worked as a project manager overseeing 100's of successful property refurbishments, conversions and upgrades. Julian's eye for detail and commitment to providing his customers with excellent service dovetails well with Nigel's building and construction expertise.

Nigel & Julian will share some of their recent work and help you understand how you can get more value from your properties.

Ian Clarke from IRUN North Leeds, and Local Property Investor

As a proeprty investor based in Leeds, Ian Clarke is a regular at Leeds Property Networking events, however, there is another side to Ian...he owns and manages IRUN Leeds North and has 20 years of experience and knowledge in B to B, retail, distribution and franchise markets and understands the need to repeatedly deliver significant increases in sales and profitability. He relishes the challenge of delivering strategies that increase sales via the internet and all other media.

What makes Ian’s knowledge of the web rare in web development circles is that much of his experience has been gained through "investing" his own money marketing his businesses online. He has made mistakes (some expensive) but he’s also had the successes. Ian will guide us through the maze online media and help you achieve your business objectives.He is also registered with the Northern leadership academy and can provide training that is funded by Business Link and various government bodies.

Ian will combine his online media knowledge with his property experience and guide us through how to exploit the online tools to make our property businesses better.
